As CEO, Teneshia has led the firm from a dream concept to a thriving multi-million dollar business, delivering award-winning, best-in-class work.
Through her “On Purpose” mantra, Teneshia created The Dream Project, a series of signature forums designed to support professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives and those who dare to dream with tools to take their company or vision to the next level as well as The Purpose Awards, an annual award platform that salutes brands, companies, organizations and individuals who are purpose-driven in their respective field. Through The Dream Project platform, Teneshia has reached over 100,000 dreamers across the nation, inspiring to boldly move forward and make their dreams happen.
A graduate of Alabama A&M University, Teneshia is the recipient of the coveted Black Enterprise Rising Star and 40 Under 40, AdColor MVP Award, The Network Journal Forty Under 40 Awards. She has also been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise, ABC News, PR Week and more. In 2018, Teneshia made history by becoming the first-ever black woman led firm to receive a Cannes Lion Grand Prix Award, the highest honor one can receive in the marketing and advertising industry.
