Target is being sued by Burberry, and it reveals one of the biggest problems facing the clothing industry
Target is being sued by British designer brand Burberry, which says the discount chain copied the design of its signature check print. Burberry is seeking $2 million in damages for each trademark that it alleges Target has infringed, in addition to funds to cover all of its legal fees.
A 95-year-old grandmother in Florida was arrested Saturday after police said she slapped her granddaughter in face with her slipper before calling 911 to get her out of the house. According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, Hattie Reynolds told police her granddaughter, Janeen Williams, 46, would not get out of bed, and that she was "tired of her staying in bed all day soaking up the air conditioning."

When Kim almost missed class due to not having a babysitter to watch Kyla, she emailed her professor and let him know. _____________________________________ To her delight, her professor, Sean Pumphrey, responded by telling Kim to bring her daughter to class with her. _____________________________________ During class, Kim was about to walk out due to Kyla being cranky, and Professor Pumphrey responded by saying, "I'll take her," and held baby Kyla during the rest of the class. _____________________________________ Listen, understandably not all professors, nor bosses etc can do things like this, but the world is definitely grateful for the ones who can! 🎥: @brightndearlyfreckle
